Warning to Check Treat Bags After Suspected Cannabis Edible Found in Howick Treat Bag

Huron County OPP are reminding parents to take a few minutes to check over their children’s Halloween Candy after a Howick resident found a suspected cannabis edible in their children’s treat bag.

The gummies, as pictured below, were found in a small, smell-proof bag commonly used to store cannabis edibles.

Police believe the package of gummies involved in this incident were handed out in the town of Wroxeter sometime Halloween night.
