A warrant has been issued for a 29 year old who was breaking E-Bike laws in Port Elgin.
On October 18th Saugeen Shores Police spotted someone on an E-Bike on Mill Street with a passenger also seen on the rear of the bike without a helmet.
A traffic stop was done with the man educated of E-bike safety laws when it was later determined the man was providing false information to police.
Police also say a member of the public turned in the suspects wallet with his ID.
A warrant is now sought for the 29 year old of Goderich who faces Obstructing Police and Failure to Properly Wear a Helmet charge.
