Wasaga Beach Commercial Driver charged after stop last Wednesday in Grey County

A Commercial Vehicle Driver from Wasaga Beach has been charged by Grey Bruce OPP after they were found to have multiple vehicle infractions.

The Police along with the Ministry of Transportation stopped their vehicle last Wednesday around 1:34 pm in Grey County.

As a result of an inspection of their vehicle the 46-year-old has been charged with:

• operating an unsafe vehicle
• failure to display an inspection sticker or proof of inspection
• vehicle being overweight
• having an improper braking system.

The driver is set to appear before an Owen Sound court on July 26^th to answer to the charges.
