With the change to blue box recycling across Ontario, now maintained by Waste Management, the company has set up a call centre number and email to support residents with questions regarding this change.
This new number and email service will allow live agents to take calls, case logging to track issues and ensure a timely follow up and review photos and videos related to collection concerns for a faster resolution.
The call centre number is 1-800-561-1655 while the email is canresidential@wm.com
Residents are being reminded all recycling concerns should be directed to Waste Management as municipalities no longer oversee collection with the new provincial program.
