The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation announced a Wiarton man has won $100,000 in its Instant Jackpot Multiplier game.
Ronald Hibbard say its his first big win and says he has been playing the Instant Jackpot Multiplier since it first started.
He says when he checked his ticket at the store the cashier was more excited than he was.
Hibbard says he plans to move to Nova Scotia and buy a fishing boat.
The winning ticket was purchased at Wiarton Foodland on Beford Street.
