The 17th Annual Don Johnston Memorial Slo-Pitch Tournament is set to take over Bannister Park from August 3rd to 6th.
Action will open with a friendly game between the Goderich Fire Department against the Huron County OPP Thursday night at 6:45 pm.
Currently the Fire Department has a 4 and 1 record versus the OPP. Opening Ceremonies are set for Friday at 6pm.
Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Finals take place on Sunday, August 6th.
There are 20 mens teams registered and 8 ladies teams.
The will be a refreshment garden for all 4 days with proceeds going in support of Goderich Minor Hockey.
Dad’s Grub Hub Food Truck will also be on-site.
Admission is free all weekend long.
