An driver is facing charges after being seen stopped in a live lane.
On October 15th at around 8pm, South Bruce OPP received a call of a vehicle stopped in the live lane of Bruce Road 10 in Arran-Elderslie.
Police arrived at the scene, arresting the driver for impaired operation.
The 27 year old man of Arran-Elderslie was charged with Impaired Operation, Dangerous Operation and Possession of Methamphetamine.
The accused will appear in Walkerton court next month.
