Huron County OPP have charged a 28 year old following an intimate partner violence investigation.
On February 28th OPP began their investigation into the matter which occurred in Goderich.
Police learned the suspect had committed the acts against their partner.
As a result the 28 year old was charged with two counts of Failure to Comply with an Undertaking, Domestic Mischief, Resisting a Peace Officer and Dangerous Operation.
The accused was released from custody and given a future court date in Goderich.
