A 28 year old has been charged who refused to provide a breath sample to police.
On December 28th just before 7:30pm, Huron County OPP conducted a traffic stop to check the sobriety of a driver who refused to provide a breath sample.
The driver was then arrested and taken in for tests where he then again refused to provide samples. the 28 year old of Central Huron has been charged with Failure or Refusal to Comply with a Demand.
The accused will appear in court next month.
