A 55 year old has been charged in connection to a fatal crash in Chatsworth dating back to last year.
On November 21st at around 9am, Grey Bruce OPP responded to a two vehicle crash between a van and delivery truck on Highway 10 north of Elder Lane.
Upon emergency services arrival, a 59 year old of Georgian Bluffs was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A 55 year old of Etobicoke has been charged with Careless Driving Causing Death who first appeared in court this past June.
