Heading into the long weekend, several beaches in Huron County have been deemed as unsafe for swimming.
Due to levels of E.coli exceeding Ministry of Health guidelines, eight Lake Huron beaches have issued with a no-swim advisory.
The beaches include Amberly, Ashfield Township Park, Port Albert, Goderich Main, Goderich Rotary Cove, Howard Street, St Josephs and Port Blake beaches.
The results are from tests from Aug. 29.
Huron Perth Public Health’s Inspection team is out retesting water today, results will be updated tomorrow.
