Today is the first day that proof of vaccinations will be required for people to enter non-essential businesses and venues in Ontario.
Many places like retail stores and restaurants will be asking patrons to show their certificate along with photo ID.
Business groups have said having a so-called vaccine passport will allow businesses to survive as the fourth wave of pandemic starts to wane.
They do say customers can expect delays as they begin to rollout the new system.
