A 69-year-old Goderich man will be in court after allegedly taking a drive on the boardwalk.
Huron County OPP were informed of a sport utility vehicle that was seen driving on the boardwalk at the end of Cove Road in Goderich early Wednesday morning.
The vehicle in question was located on Courthouse Square near Kingston Street.
OPP say the driver showed signs of impairment and was later verified by a drug recognition expert.
