An award-winning author will be talking about the history of war at the Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre.

The museum is hosting Trench Talk: History is a Fight with Mat Johnson next Saturday (November 6th).

Johnson will be interviewing author Tim Cook who is a military history expert, and Director of Research at the Canadian War Museum in Ottawa.

There will also be an exhibit called Bruce Remembers following the interview.

The event is a lead up to Remembrance Day honouring who have served and continue to serve our country during conflict.

There are two showings at 10:15 AM and 1:15 PM and it is free to museum members and veterans.

The event will also be made available on museum’s YouTube channel.
