The Grey Bruce OPP, Grey County EMS and the Chatsworth Fire Department responded to a 2 vehicle collision at the intersection of Grey Road 40 and Grey Road 3 in Chatsworth.
One driver was airlifted to a Hamilton area Hospital with Life-Threatening Injuries. The occupants of the second vehicle were uninjured.
The Grey Bruce OPP and West Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team are continuing the investigation.
The intersection of Grey Road 40 and 3 was closed for a period of time but has since been reopening.
Police say they will provide updates when they become available.\
