Stolen Property Recovered as South Bruce OPP Continues Investigation

The South Bruce OPP in conjunction with the West Region OPP Canine Unit, OPP Aviation, West Region Emergency Response Team, Community Street Crime Unit and others have recovered stolen property from a string of thefts.

Between November 4th and 7th Police received 14 reports of thefts including ATVs, assorted tools, a space heater, 5000 watt generator and a John Deere skid steer.

Acting on information received through their investigation the OPP Street Crime unit and South Bruce OPP attended an address on Huron Street in Huron Township on November 9th.

Recovered was a large quantity of stolen property include 2 ATV’s a snowmobile, several chainsaws and a number of tools.

Police say they are continuing to follow up their investigation and if anyone has information that can assist the investigation or identify the identity of potential owners of the stolen property they are asked to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
