The County of Bruce announced today that expanding on their commitment to a clean energy future they have installed a new Electric Vehicle charging station at the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre.

The charger located at the facility at 33 Victoria Street in Southampton will allow Bruce County says in their release EV drivers to enjoy recharging while enjoying all that the Museum & Cultural Centre has to offer.

This is the third EV charging station that Bruce County has installed at its facilities. The other 2 are at the Bruce County Administration Centre in Walkerton and the Peninsula Hub in Wiarton.

Bruce County is working in collaboration with other Mid-Western Ontario counties and cities to develop a 401 to Lake Huron Regional Charging Network plan.
