The Grey Bruce Health Unit announced today that they are managing a Covid-19 case that conforms to the case definition as being investigated for the Omicron variant.
They say their team is conducting an enhanced management of the case and high risk contacts while they away the advanced whole genome sequencing to confirm.
They remind Grey Bruce Residents that the best ways to prevent the spread of the virus is to stay at home if unwell, get vaccinated including a third dose if eligible, screening before work, school or daycare and follow all local health measures.
