Huron County OPP are looking for a vehicle and its driver in a fail-to-remain incident in Goderich.
Officers went to the Maitland Valley Medical Centre around 5:30 the afternoon of December 4th.
They arrived to find the sliding door of the front entrance with extensive damage.
An investigation determined that the damage was caused by a pick up truck that backed into the building.
Security footage revealed the pick up fled the scene heading west on Montcalm Street towards Victoria Street North.
The vehicle (shown in photo) is described as a blue or green Ford three-quarter tonne pick up with a row of orange lights on the top of the cab and attached Ontario farm plates.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Huron County OPP or Crime Stoppers.
