A Clinton man went from being rescued to being charged.
A Huron County OPP officer was patrolling Belfast Road in Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh on January 25th around 10:30 PM when they discovered a pick-up truck being pulled out of a ditch.
The driver of pick-up was not hurt.
However, an investigation revealed that the license plate did not match the one on the vehicle.
It was later determined that the pick-up was reported stolen in London.
The 36-year-old was arrested and later released with a February 15th court date.
