There is no timetable set as to when hospitals in the South Bruce Grey Health Centre catchment area can fully resume their operations.
A virtual public information session was held Wednesday night to discuss nursing recruitment.
President and CEO Michael Barrett says how soon hospital services can resume depends on the ability to attract and retain nurses.
He says he understands some of the frustration residents are having in response to the reductions of services.
Barrett says other hospitals and long-term care facilities are facing the same challenges as they are but believes the action plan will address these deficiencies.
