Today the Superiour Court of Justice found 44 year old Former West Grey Resident Sally Darosa guilt of criminal neglicence causing death.
The conviction comes as a result of a fatal motor vehicle collision that occured on May 29th, 2019 on West Back Line in West Grey.
Darosa was found guilty following a criminal tria on November 22, 2021 and as a results receives a sentece of 7 years imprisonment, a life time driving ban and 10 years prohibition from firearms.
