Kincardine Council and Staff To Adopt a Hybrid In-Person/Remote Meeting Format

The move will be effective March 22nd and council meetings will also be open to the public as of that date; there however will be seating and capacity limits to maintain the safety of all involved.

The Municipality of Kincardine Council announced that, following the completion of the necessary upgrades to Council Chambers and meeting technology, Council and staff will be using a hybrid of both in-person and virtual meeting formats.

 

The move will be in effect as of March 22nd, 2022.

 

The attendance in person will be at the discretion of each person as per the Hybrid Meeting Protocols and Procedure By-law. 

 

Virtual attendance has been utilized by Council and staff since May of 2020.

 

Begining as of March 22nd Council Meetings will be open to the public; there however will be seating and capacity limits to maintain the safety of all involved.

 

Meetings are streamed on kincardine.ca and at the Rogers TV Kincardine website.
