The OPP West Region shared the good news this afternoon of an event held this morning entitled “The Wiarton District Optimist Club’s Shop with a Cop”.
The event saw students from the local elementary schools partner up with officers from the Grey-Bruce OPP and go shopping at the Wiarton Foodland.
The teams gathered essential, non-perishable items that were then donated to the Wiarton Foodbank.
