Lyn Housser is a co-author of a new book entitled “Body Bliss” that aims to change the narrative for women and how they feel about their bodies.

The 15 co-authors each take a chapter in the book and offer up their own stories where readers get to realize the similarities on how they see their bodies, regardless of their age differences and how others have spoken to them about their bodies, and offer inspiration that the reader is not alone.

Lynn says her body image has evolved.

“My chapter kind of goes through the power of words. The words I heard as a young child. My mother and aunts talked about their own bodies. Leading up into those teenage years that are just awkward and iky for everyone.”

“Body Bliss” is available from Amazon. For more information, you can visit the link below.
