The Huron County OPP are investigating a fatal collision that took place late yesterday evening near Crediton.
At approximately 9:50pm officers, Huron Paramedics and South Huron Fire responded to a report that a cyclist was struck by a vehicle east of Crediton on Crediton Road Huron County 10.
The cyclist was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The name was withheld by police pending next of kin notification.
Members of the West Region Traffic Incident Management & Enforcement Team attended the scene to assist with the investigation.
Creditor Road was closed between Ausable Line and Airport Line for the investigation.
Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call the OPP.
