Area home sales declined in June, as listings hit an all-time high, according to the latest numbers from the Huron Perth Association of REALTORS.
Home sales were 11.1% below the five-year average and 10.7% below the 10-year average for the month of June. Though sales were down, there were 395 new residential listings last month, the largest number of new listings added in the month of June in recorded history.
The MLS® Home Price Index was $632,000 last month, up by 16.6% compared to June of 2021.
