A group of Kincardine parents are looking to gauge interest in re-opening a Scouts Canada group in town.
Scouts offers programs for kids with the stated aim “to help develop well rounded youth, better prepared for success in the world”.
There is currently a program available in Port Elgin, but nothing in Kincardine.
