One person has died as a result of an aircraft collision that occurred in Grey County yesterday.
At approximately 7:45 p.m., the Grey Bruce OPP responded to a report of an aircraft collision in a field located off of Southgate Road 4. Paramedics and the Dundalk Fire Department attended the scene.
The occupant of the ultralight glider was pronounced dead at scene. The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending next of kin notifications.
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada is investigating the crash.
