Huron Hospice Recognizes Namesake Donor by Installing Plaque at Hospice

The capital campaign to expand Bender House from 4 to 6 beds is now less than $100,000 from reaching its total goal.

The Huron Residential Hospice announced that in honour  of the $500,000 donation by Susan & David Bender on June 4th the facility is now called “Huron Hospice Bender House”.

Today the facility unveiled the plaque just to the left of the front door in recognition of the gesture.

The capital campaign to expand Bender House from 4 to 6 beds is now less than $100,000 from reaching its total goal.
