Special Olympics Kincardine send thanks to all their coaches, volunteers and supporters after a successful track and field meet at the Davidson Centre last Saturday.
Over 20 athletes from the area competed and the heat didn’t hold anyone back.
Medalists included:
- Jessica Belyea: 3 gold, 2 bronze
- Catherine Benjamin: 3 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze.
- Bethany Collins: 2 gold, 2 silver, 1 bronze
- Donald Coulson: 3 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze
- Josh Easton: 2 gold, 1 bronze
- Rosie Laidler: 4 gold, 1 silver
- Emmy Martin: 2 gold, 2 silver, 1 bronze
- John McCourt: 1 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze
- Jackie McDonald: 1 gold, 2 silver, 1 bronze
- Stuart McGrath: 4 gold, 1 silver
- Allan Moore: 1 gold, 4 silver
- Marianne Stewart: 3 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze
- Brooke Thomas: 3 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze
