Changes are coming to garbage and recycling pickup in the Municipality of Bluewater next week.
Collection in the village of Hensall and hamlet of Dashwood will be moving to Tuesdays starting Sept. 13. All other areas of Bluewater will continue to have their garbage and recycling collected on Mondays. Affected residents should receive a notice from Bluewater Recycling Association (BRA) in their mailbox.
If you live in Hensall or Dashwood, the municipality asks that you do not put your garbage and recycling out for Monday.
Bluewater says schedule changes are necessary as waste is now being transported to the Twin Creeks Waste Management facility in Watford.
