Next Friday will mark the return of the Global Climate Strike in Huron County at the Courthouse Square in Goderich.
After several years away due to the pandemic, Green Goderich is once again organizing a peaceful demonstration to show the importance of reducing the effects of global warming.
With severe weather events more prevalent than ever, the group says now is the time for taking action against climate change.
The one hour protest will begin at noon on Sept. 23.
