Huron County OPP is investigating a double-fatal crash near Exeter Monday afternoon.
Officers were called to a site just before 3:30 pm at Thames Road & Hern Line.
Upon arrival first responders located a heavily damaged minivan and a motorhome.
The preliminary investigation indicates the motorhome was eastbound on Thames Road when it collided with a minivan travelling northbound on Hern Line.
Both minivan occupants, 66 year old Chin Loo and Lay Tan, 58, both of London died at the scene.
Members of the West Region Traffic Incident & Enforcement Team assisted with the investigation.
