Today is Giving Tuesday, a global generosity movement inspiring people to donate, volunteer and contribute to local organizations.
Numerous non-profits across Huron, Bruce and Grey Counties are looking to raise funds throughout the day, with several partnering with companies that will match donations.
Cheryl Cottrill, Co-Chair at the Huron Shores Hospice says the day is an antidote to all the spending done on Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
