The Huron & Area Search & Rescue team shared word it has reached 10% of their goal for their upcoming Huron Polar Plunge at Goderich Main Beach on News Years Day.
The event is in support of the Alzheimer Society of Huron Perth and is set to get underway at 8 am.
There will be free hot chocolate, prizes, a warming tent and make sure to bring your own towel.
HASAR thanked the Londesborough & District Lions Club for their sponsorship of the event.
