The Kincardine Curling Club shared word it is selling a large lot of land adjacent to the club.
In the post on social media it says the lot at 277 Penetangore Row is 60 feet wide by 264 feet deep and zoned R1.
Ken Ritz at the Kincardine Curling Club says the land was just something they weren’t needing and that the prospective funds from the sale would go back in to support the Curling Club.
The post says an up-to-date survey is available and there is a partial lake view.
The sale is a private one but they do say buyer’s agents are welcome.
