The Nuclear Innovation Institute says that visitors to it’s ballpit at this Saturday’s Hockey Day in Canada event in Owen Sound will learn about lifesaving medical isotopes created in the area.
The attraction sponsored by Bruce Power will be a hands-on learning exhibit containing over 6,000 balls which represent cells in the human body.
Guests put on a vest and become a medical isotope to eliminate as many dangerous cells as possible.
The event runs from 10 am until 6pm at Harrison Park in Owen Sound.
