The Huron East Fire Department shared word of it receiving a generous donation from Enbridge Gas’s Safe Community Project Assist a program with the Fire Marshal’s Public Fire Safety Council.
The $5,000 donation the department says will support training for their dedicated members.
Training materials purchased include Introduction to Fire Origin & Cause, Fire & Emergency Services Instruction, Safety Officers, Fire & Life Safety Educator and Fire & Emergency Services Company Officer materials from the International Fire Service Training Organization.
