The Huron County Library is picking up a project that was interrupted by COVID, starting with a public meeting in Brussels this week.

The Libraries Transforming Communities (LTC) project will consist of community conversations and interviews across the county to identify what people’s concerns and aspirations are for their communities.

Facilitated by library staff, talks will be held at various branches through the winter and spring of 2023, starting at the Brussels Branch on Thursday, Feb. 9 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Though the first round of discussions was interrupted, staff say it led to several substantial outcomes, including community calanders and newsletters.
