The Ripley Wolves completed their sweet of their Round 1 Seniors WOAA Playoff Series against the Petrolia Squires Saturday night.
The team won 4 to 3 in Overtime on a series winning goal by Cody Britton.
The team in the announcement said the series was a highly entertaining, back-and-forth battle of skill, speed, and physicality.
The team credited timely goals and outstanding goaltending to the victory.
Ripley now awaits the winner of the Seaforth-Durham series with the Centenaries up 3 games to none.
The tentative date for Round 2 to start is Friday, February 24th. The Wolves will have home ice advantage.
