The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board has partnered with Conestoga College to provide electrical presentations for elementary students across the district.
Licensed Electrician, Todd Smith will teach an interactive lesson to the students on the basics of electrical wiring, electric board and circuits.
The Catholic Board says they aware of the need in the community for skilled workers in the area of electrical and this is one of the initiatives they have undertaken to ensure students consider pursuing the incredible educational and career path opportunity.
