Hanover Police have spoken to Person Handing Chocolates to Area Children on March 1st

Chief Christopher Knoll says person was inspired by random acts of kindness. They add motives were pure & genuine. Second incident unrelated & stiil under investigation.

The Hanover Police have announced that the person police had been seeking who had been handing out “Pot of Gold” chocolates to children on March 1st with the instructions to give them to their mom has been identified and interviewed.

Chief Christopher Knoll says they had been handing them out to several people of various ages inspired by random acts of kindness.

He says that Police have determined the motives were pure and genuine.

The second incident involving a senior taking photos is unrelated and still under investigation.

They are searching for a black Volkswagen Tiguan to peak with the older male with grey hair & facial hair.
