Grey Bruce OPP, along with South Bruce Fire responded to a structure fire on Eagle Street in Saugeen First Nation on Friday evening around 8:45 pm.
It was reported the residence was engulfed with multiple occupants sustaining injuries.
Two were transported to local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The origin of the fire is unknown and the Office of the Fire Marshall has been notified.
