Past Grey County Warden Selwyn Hicks recognized by Law Society for Public Service

They say the Law Society of Ontario has named Selwyn the 2023 Lincoln Alexander Award recipient.

The County of Grey shared word of its Past Warden Selwyn Hucks being recognized for his lifeling dedication to community services.

They say the Law Society of Ontario has named Selwyn the 2023 Lincoln Alexander Award recipient.

He sat on Grey Council from 2015 to 2022, serving for Warden for three years, most recently in 2022.

Selwyn has dedicated his time to public service for more than 40 years.

Prior to being called to the bar in 2003, he served as a social worker for 13 years and worked in the legal department at Children’s Aid in Windsor.
