The Gateway Centre of Excellence in Rural Health announced the availability of the Be Well Work Well Huron-Perth Final Report.
The report is the results of a study recently conducted to help understand mental health and wellness in the labour market due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Participants were from Huron and Perth Counties and included various labour sectors.
Key findings included 71 percent of employers and 80 percent of employees have noticed a chance in fellow colleagues and staff, and 90 percent have experienced a decrease in employment satisfaction.
75 percent of participants indicated their mental health had been negatively impacted.
