Saugeen Shores Police Service have charged a 45-year-old female Saugeen Shores driver with impaired operation after a call from a concerned citizen last night.
Police responded to the scene on Goderich Street near Gustavus Street around 10:48 pm.
Officers located the vehicle at the intersection of Tomlinson and Goderich after it collided with a road sign on a centre median sustaining heavy damage.
The driver was observed obviously impaired and was arrested on the scene.
She later refused to provide a breath sample and was charged with operation while impaired and refusal to comply with a breath demand.
Her vehicle was impounded and her license suspended.
