Goderich Kinsmen donate $2,700 in support of HASAR

The donation will help fund the training Station Kearwood White, a vessel simulator that is used by marine members of HASAR and as a flight simulator for the Cadets.

The Kinsmen Club of Goderich presented a check recently in support of the Huron and Area Search and Rescue Team.

Marine Commander Jim Peever and Incident Supervisor Courtney Courtnage received the donation of $2,700 as well as members of the 532nd Maitland Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron.

The donation will help fund the training Station Kearwood White.

It is a vessel simulator that is used by the marine members of HASAR’s Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary and Artic Inc. and as a flight simulator for the Cadets.
