The Town of Saugeen Shores is preparing Residential Intensification Guidelines to meet the needs of its residents while maintaining the small-town charm that all residents of the town enjoy.
They have released draft Intensification Guidelines and an Introductory presentation.
As part of their consultation with the public they are set to host a Virtual Open House next week with staff & consultants to gather their input.
The meeting is set for next Thursday, April 6th from 6 to 8:30 pm.
