Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound MP Alex Ruff recognized local Meaford area Apple Grower Brian Gilroy recently for his being inducted into the Ontario Agriculture Hall of Fame.
Ontario Fruit & Vegetable Growers Association Executive Director Alison Robertson says Brian’s career has been marked by a lifelong passion for the apple industry and a love of agriculture, people and farming over the course of more than 30 years with farm organizations.
MP Ruff says that his blunt honesty, hard work and dedication was and is a testament to the well deserved recognition in being named to the Ontario Ag Hall.
